Here is a sample for Pain Relief Cream. When you are on their facebook page click on the picture that says free sample. A new page will show up and it will say $0.00, click the picture again and then click shopping bag then click check out. Then it will ask you to fill out information. It does not ask for a crdit card so it is okay to fill out.
